Full Pass

All-Star Dancers

All-Star dancers pay €60 for an Event Pass and €100 for a Full Pass. The correct price will automatically be displayed at checkout. Simply select a pass above and register as usual. Champions get a free pass on us!

Judging

If you are interested in judging, we would love to hear from you! Please send an email to info@franconian-swing-events.de with a brief dance biography and a summary of your experience or any training you have completed.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline judging applications, potentially in consultation with our Head Judge. As a token of our appreciation, judges will receive a complimentary Event Pass.

Freepasses

If you won a free pass, just register as usual. At checkout, you can enter your personalized code, and the value of your free pass will be deducted from the total price (making the Event Pass €0, while for the Full Pass you only pay the difference).

The Registration Process

Before Registration

  • We use DanceApp for our registration: Please create an account beforehand if you don’t have one already.

  • Check the level descriptions under „Workshops“ to see which level you would like to attend.

  • Read through our rules and guidelines: Make sure to check the policies for solo/couple registration, All-Star/Advanced regulations, and judging.

During Registration

  • Use the link at the top of the page to register.

  • First Confirmation: You will receive an initial email as soon as we have received your registration.

  • Solo Registrations & Waitlist: If you register without a partner, you will be placed on the waitlist until someone with the opposite dance role signs up. This helps us maintain a healthy balance between leaders and followers at the event.

  • Securing Your Spot: As soon as you make it off the waitlist, you will receive a second email confirming that your spot is locked in!

After Registration

  • As soon as your payment confirmation arrives, go ahead and book your room at our host hotel to stay right where the action is! Click here for all the info.

Registration Rules

Important:

  • DanceApp Account: You need a DanceApp account to register.

  • Payment Window: Please make your payment within 14 days. If no payment is received by then, your ticket will be automatically canceled.

Couple Registration

  • Priority Access: Couple registrations bypass the waitlist and are accepted right away.

  • Same Pass Type: Both of you must choose the same pass type (Full Pass or Event Pass).

  • Different Levels: If you both choose a Full Pass, you do not have to attend the same workshop level.

  • One Sign-up Needed: Only one person fills out the form and puts down the partner’s name during registration.

  • DanceApp Account: Make sure both of you already have an active account on dance.app before signing up!

  • Separate Payment: Both dancers will get a confirmation email, and you can pay for your passes individually.

Solo Registration

  • Once registered, you will go on the waitlist until we can match you with a dancer of the opposite role.

  • Want to skip the waitlist? If you find a partner later, you’ll need to cancel your registration and re-register with your new partner.
